I don't have a fax. Where can I find one ?
Several buisnesses offer to use their fax. You may find a fax in several places like: Staples, post offices, pharmacies, at your workplace, libraries, copy centers and convenience stores. In case you can not find a Fax, we accept photos through email taken with a cell phone or a digital camera.
I am self-employed, am I eligible for a loan ?
We accept the self-employed, the only condition is to have a steady income and our agents will assess the creditworthiness of the individual with the requested documents.
How do I apply ?!
To apply for an online loan, you can fill the -New Client- form on our website www.FinaOne.com. If you are an existing customer, you should click on - Existing Customer - , you can call us toll free at 1-844-346-2663 or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to speed up the process, take the time to gather the 4 following items: Photo ID ; last pay stub ; Banking statement of the 30 days preceding the date of application and a Void check.
What are the eligibility requirements ?
You must be 18 or older, not to be under an unreleased bankruptcy, be at least a permanent resident of Canada, have a source of income.
What are the possible reasons for a refused request ?
The reasons for refusal are always confidential following the assessment of a case. However, certain criterias such as: be in a consumer proposal (bankruptcy) or a voluntary deposit; have no source of income; providing incomplete documents or false information, will be automatically rejected.
How long does it take for the money to be deposited into my account ?
From the time we have in hand all the requested documents, we are committed to complete the assessment process in less than an hour. If you accepted the agreement before 11:00 am Eastern time (UTC -05:00) the funds will be deposited into your bank account by the end of the day. Otherwise, they will appear in your account within 24 business hours of the signing.
Can I apply if I benefit from CSST program, Employment Insurance (EI), disability insurance, annuity plan, etc. ?
Yes, we accept customers benefiting from the CSST programs, employment insurance, disability insurance, annuity plan, etc. This is an income, so there will be an evaluation process for obtaining a loan.
What are the rates and fees offered ?
The interest rate for the term of a loan is 6.63% for a 4 months term. Annually the interest rate is 19.9%, which is 1.65% per month. FinaOne then holds the lowest rates on the market.
What happens in case of a non-payment ?
It is essential to call us (toll free: 1-844-346-2663) in case of difficulty of repayment. There is a $45.00 fee for a NSF (non-sufficient funds), $25.00 to delay a payment and in case of non-cooperation the debt will be sent to collection.
Is the process confidential ?
Yes of course! Throughout the process our agents are required to keep personal information confidential. No information will be disclosed to a third party.
How can I sign my contract ?
Signing the contract is done by email and SMS messaging. You will receive a link that will redirect you to our website under the tab - Customer access - which contains the contract. You need to write your name and this will confirm your signature. The links sent via email and SMS messaging are unique and confidential.
My banking information has changed, what do I need to do ?
You must send us a new void check by fax or email. Then one of our representatives will change the banking information in your file.
The time that I had to accept the agreement has expired. Can I reapply immediately ?
No. An expired contract is considered as a rejected application. You will have to wait 30 days before re-applying for a loan.
